FitDeck is a unique deck of Exercise Playing Cards that makes exercise more simple, convenient, and fun. Unique!!!!! Of all the Yoga information out there, these fitdeck cards finally got it right. No fluff, no wordy explanations. Just the poses and some guidance on breathing and form. I've been doing yoga for years and never really spent the time memorizing all of the names of the poses. When I'm in class, it's easy. When I get home - I forget everything. This new yoga fitdeck gives me a perfect reminder of the poses I can do for my routine. Love them.
