Customer Review: Very nice for the time and privacy crunched.I work 8 hours a day and live with 4 adults. Getting the time and privacy to exercise in peace is hard to do. This product only asks for 20 or so minutes at a time and can be done in the privacy of my room. I've been looking for a marriage for those two factors in my daily routine for months.

I very hesitantly tried bodyflex at the suggestion of a friend. It is one product that absolutely works. I saw results at the end of one week, better results in 2 weeks. You have to keep it up, but it is not much time taken out of each day.
